We are searching for a Design Architect to join our team and assist in developing architectural plans and renderings. Successful candidates will have a minimum two years’ experience drafting residential construction documents and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is preferred, however a two-year degree will be considered.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct field measures and take photos of existing conditions.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of proposed design intentions against existing conditions ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.
  • Develop construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for building permits and construction.
  • Communicate plan status and completion timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Include:

  • Chief Architect experience preferred, but related experience acceptable.
  • Have an advanced understanding of graphic standards and residential building codes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

We are searching for a skilled architectural or interior design professional who can creatively design residential construction projects, determine project costs with our proprietary estimating software, and then present and sell the projects to prospective clients. This position has unlimited earning potential in a structured, team-oriented environment with on-the-job training and support that focuses on interior design, architectural design, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet with prospective clients to discuss their project goals and needs.
  • Properly represent our company, process, and client benefits.
  • Offer creative and strategic solutions for their project wants and needs.
  • Develop preliminary design drawings using an architectural design software (Chief Architect).
  • Define the scope of work and determine project pricing using a proprietary estimating software.
  • Sell at or beyond set goals for volume & profitability.

Requirements Include:

  • Interest or affinity for working in the home design, architecture, or construction industry.
  • Personable and charismatic, with an interest in developing relationships with clients to design home solutions.
  • Some successful sales experience is a plus
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi task, work independently and handle multiple projects/clients
  • Preferred knowledge of Chief Architect, or other CAD based software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including (Excel), and willingness to learn our CRM and Project Management software

  • Attend pre-construction walkthroughs.
  • Conduct job site inspections as needed.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer for residential remodeling projects or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect is preferred.
  • Knowledge of remodeling processes and construction materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This crucial role is responsible for maintaining precise financial records for multiple entities, ensuring the integrity of our accounts payable and receivable processes, and supporting the company’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and vendor communications.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile credit card and loan accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) for management review.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Work closely with our external CPA/accounting firm to facilitate smooth tax preparation. Compile and organize financial documents, generate reports, and provide detailed transaction histories for income tax and sales tax filings.
  • Audit Support: Play a key role in annual audit preparation by organizing and providing clear documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
  • Expense Management: Diligently track and categorize company expenses, verifying they are properly documented and approved according to company policy.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date digital financial records, including the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and all supporting
    documentation.
  • Payroll Support: (Optional addition if applicable) Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll and related filings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is required. This is essential for communicating with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-entity environment.
  • High degree of discretion and ethical handling of confidential financial information.
