Brian was 16 the first time he stepped onto a job site, sweeping floors and hauling materials. What started as a summer job became a career. Two years in, he’d worked his way to Lead Carpenter, then spent five years as Vice President of Operations running construction crews. That hands-on building experience is what sets him apart today. For the past nine years, Brian has focused on home additions, renovations, and full home transformations, not just drawing layouts, but knowing exactly how to build them.

Today, as Director of Sales and Marketing at Design First Builders, a Chicagoland design-build remodeling company, Brian oversees sales, operations, HR, and client experience across the Gallop family of brands. Ask what he loves building most and he’ll say basement remodeling without hesitation, pure potential, whatever the space wants to become.

Outside work, he’s outnumbered by four kids and their sports schedules, usually at the grill or sneaking in a round of golf, and during March Madness, Masters weekend, or the World Series, he’s not to be disturbed
