From our projects: kitchens usually run 8 to 12 weeks, primary baths 8 to 12, and guest baths 4 to 6. One- or two-story additions take about 4 to 6 months, and second stories 8 to 10. We set your exact schedule when the design is final.

There’s no single price. Our full design-build kitchens in the Chicago area often average $100,000 to $120,000, an average and not a quote. Your plans and selections decide the actual figure, and it can shift if scope or material costs move. An itemized estimate follows your final design.
